Steam Distillery, located in the heart of Grant’s Pass, is a unique blend of old-world charm and modern craftsmanship. Founded in 2019, our mission is to create exceptional spirits that honor the rich heritage of distilling while embracing contemporary techniques and flavors. Although our journey began in 2019, we proudly opened our doors to the public in 2021.

Our founders, inspired by the timeless elegance of the Victorian era and the bold ingenuity of the steampunk aesthetic, set out to create a distillery that captures the spirit of adventure and creativity. Every bottle of our handcrafted spirits is a testament to our commitment to quality and passion for the craft. From the careful selection of ingredients to the meticulous distillation process, we ensure that each sip offers a unique and memorable experience. We are proudly located in part of the historic Grants Pass Brewery building, a site rich with local heritage. The other part of the building is currently being remodeled and will soon reopen as Taylor’s Brewing, adding to the vibrant and diverse craft beverage community in Grants Pass.
